Which tickets can I save money on?
During the Great British Rail Sale you can save money on 2 types of tickets:
Advance Tickets
Any journey that includes one or more advance tickets will be eligible for a discount. Advance tickets are single tickets that must be booked ahead of travel and are specific to the date and time stated on the ticket.
Off-Peak Tickets
Any journey that includes one or more off-peak tickets will be eligible for a discount. Off-Peak tickets are single or return tickets that are flexible in the time and date they can be used but may still be limited to certain times, days, or routes.
Terms
Tickets must be bought at least 7 days prior to travel.
