Delay Repay

Circumstances can sometimes delay your train. When travelling with London Northwestern Railway, you are entitled to a refund for delays over 15 minutes, with up to 100% of the ticket cost available.

Compensation is available as below.

15 to 29 minutes delay: 25% of your single ticket cost or 12.5% of your return ticket cost

30 to 59 minutes delay: 50% of the cost of your single ticket or 25% of your return ticket cost

60 to 119 minutes delay: 100% of the cost of your single ticket or 50% of the cost of your return ticket

120 minutes delay or longer: 100% of the cost of your ticket whether single or return
